Imagine skimming a magazine or browsing the Internet and an advertisement catches your eye. The ad is so unique and compelling that it stopped you in your tracks.

How did that happen? The average person is exposed to more than 4,500 commercial messages every day. What is it about that advertisement that made you pay attention?
